Batangas City, February 1, 2024 – D’Mariners Hotel kicked off the month of February with an insightful seminar aimed at enhancing customer service, held at their venue in Batangas City.
The event, titled “Service Stars for Mariners Hotel: Refining Customer Service Skills,” was attended by the hotel’s dedicated employees and three representatives from WBB Co. Realty and General Services.
The seminar was spearheaded by the esteemed Hotel Owner, Ms. Wennie Bico, who actively participated in guiding the employees towards achieving service excellence.
