Lipa-Malvar, Batangas — Pormal na pinirmahan ng Aboitiz InfraCapital Economic Estates at Batangas State University (BatStateU) ang kanilang makasaysayang partnership para magtayo ng bagong integrated campus sa LIMA Estate, na magsisimula sa 2026.
Ang proyekto ay layong magbigay ng industry-based learning para sa mga mag-aaral at mag-develop ng future-ready workforce.
Ang LIMA Estate, na may higit 1,000 ektarya at tahanan ng mahigit 75,000 manggagawa, ang pinakamalaking privately-owned industrial estate sa bansa.
Sa partnership na ito, magkakaroon ng direct exposure ang mga estudyante sa higit 185 global at local industry leaders, na magbibigay daan sa pagsasanib ng academic theory at real-world experience.

Ang campus ay susunod sa isang robust learning and development framework na nakabatay sa apat na pangunahing pillars: Talent Mapping, Curriculum Co-Development, Industry Simulation, at Workplace Integration, upang matiyak na ang mga graduate ay aligned sa pangangailangan ng employers.
