St. Anthony Farm Home, the inaugural first farm subdivision in Balayan, celebrated its successful launch in Barangay Cayponce, Balayan, Batangas, on Friday, March 22nd.

The planned subdivision site, developed by local property developer Aurora C. Realon, President of ACRealon, is situated in Barangay Cayponce, along the National Road, spanning 1,000 square meters of land and accommodating 69 available lots.

According to its site development blueprint, the subdivision offers bungalow houses with a floor area of 167 square meters. Each unit includes 1 master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in closet, 2 additional bedrooms, a common toilet and bath, living area, dining area, kitchen, service area, dirty kitchen, and a carport.

Furthermore, the subdivision extends its offerings with two-story houses having a total floor area of 275 square meters. The ground floor comprises 189 square meters with 1 bedroom, a living area, dining area, kitchen, pantry, outdoor bar, rear porch, common toilet and bath, 2 carports, and a service area. The second floor spans 86 square meters and includes 1 master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in closet, 1 bedroom with ensuite, and a family hall.
